Subject: [PATCH] I quickly bailed on regressing back to charge/payment, as I
 don't see it solving the fundamental issues I'm having.  In fact, I've
 decided to push forward with Invoice/Credit accounts, something I'm not fond
 of, but that at least was working.  This checking is just a branch rename to
 reflect that fact.
