Added pre-submit data verification for invoice and receipt. The checking is pretty thin, but it's a start. I don't want to do more, as I'm sure there are lots of data validation tools out there and would prefer to go that route.

move.ctp

Modified move_out to present a grid of leases, so the user can make a selection just as with move-in, invoices, receipts, etc.

Changed statement/ledger entries to defaultly sort by date in descending order. For small lists, ascending order is more logical, but for larger lists, this buries the most relevant items at the very back.
